Get the Real FAQS?

Here is a statement I read recently regarding the water impact made by an individual who says he is the fact finder. I cannot speak for all his so called facts, but I need to speak to this one.

“There is enough water available in the aquifer serving Middleborough. Middleborough's effect on Halifax and Plympton and Kingston and Boston and whoever else SRPEDD, Tom Calter, the Task Force and CFO want to use is false. Kingston isn’t even in the same basin. If that were true Pine Dubois would be all over this. The water statements are a LIE.” - Fact Finder

Hmmmm….okay, but if you truly want to get the real facts, I suggest you do your own research. Regarding the statement quoted above, Fact Finder apparently isn’t quite able to grasp the real facts...or read a map. Not only is a section of Kingston in the same watershed (i.e, the Taunton River Watershed), so is Plymouth.

Thanks Carver Chick for providing the factual information that Fact Finder was too lazy to look up.
Much of his bloviating is devoid of Facts, contrary to his screen name. He's another one who just tosses out lies. Wonder what his 'vested' interest is?

Please continue to present issues that the Middleboro Clowns should have presented in an open public process prior to the casino vote.
They don't want voters to know how bad this will be.

I torpedoed his CFO-are-liars for talking about hot-bunking blog.

This guy is doing the sort of due-diligence that made the Middleboro Casino Committee study such train wreck.

I really hope the new Resort Advisory Committee doesn't produce a similar rose-colored view of the casino. If it comes, we need people that can honestly identify impacts and not just be boosters for the casino

The water issue was not even an issue when Glenn Marshall was still the chairman of the Wampanoag's. I could be mistaken but didn't the task force bring that to light?

Keep up the good work Carver Chick

Scott, Middleboro residents tried to ask questions about the issues including water, but were gavelled to silence by the Gavel Queen Brunelle. Mrs. Brunelle allowed casino supporters to ramble endlessly about their support, cinluding Mr. Saquet who is a Mansfield resident, but refused to allow questions to be asked and answered from others.
If I recall correctly, Bob Dunphy asked a question about water and received a non-answer filled with double talk.
If, as Mr. Bond continues to proclaim loudly, Middleboro has the facts, information and statistics, why wasn't the information EVER presented to Middleboro voters to make an informed decision? Maybe because it doesn't exist?
Wastewater figures from one of the CT casinos was used in the calculation. They're invalid.
Middleboro DOES NOT belong at the table.

Thanks you guys for refuting some of the trash that Brian is spewing.
Some of us only suspected he was a pompous a...., but his web site confirms it.
His report was consistent with his thinking -- shallow!
He posted that crime was 'debateable' but for those of us who have researched the 'reports,' it becomes quickly apparent that the reports are only doubtful when you take the casino-sponsored information.
He's an Adam-clone! Full of himself with not much substance.

Did anyone find it curious that Brian is posting anonymously, but his blog won't accept anonymous posts?

Jeez-o-Pete, Carverchick! Look how smackdab in the center of the watershed Bridgewater is! A huge water sucking project like a mega casino with a waterpark will effect more than Middleboro. 40 community reps are meeting right now to consider how they can protect another aquifer - the Plymouth-Carver. Brian has yet to learn... it takes a village.

Brian so likes to hear the sound of his voice, he recently acknowledged in a Selectmen's Meeting for ALL to hear, that the water/wastewater figures used were bogus. Guess everyone missed it! Oops! Brian wasn't supposed to say that as part of the casino package.
Brian knows better.
Immediately after the casino vote, Brian began talking about his desire to be state rep. Was that part of the deal?
Any idiot who has reviewed the stats he quotes, knows how flawed his comments are.
Brian's report was superficial, discarded much information, used slanted information, omitted many issues in his biased report.
Brian is brilliant. You don't have to ask him, just talk to him for a few minutes and he'll make sure he tells you. He's great at convincing the gullible, naive, not very bright, and those too lazy to look up the facts.
Brian HAD much to offer but has become a casino clone and destroyed his credibility.

Oh right you are Gladys...it does take a village. But I am afraid he may never realize..he has been sipping the kool-aid for too long. Now the Plymouth-Carver aquafier....hmmmmm, I bet Brian will fictionalize that the Plymouth-Carver Aquafier won't be affected by the "Destination Resort" either. I mean, gosh...certainly Kingston has nothing to worry about so why would communities who rely on that sole source of drinking water need to worry?

Gosh, I miss those selectman's meetings. Full of more BS than most cow pastures, they were rich pastures for my own observations...

Gladys, I truly believe that the Selectmen miss your presence at their meetings. Marsha says you stole her gavel so she has to be rude verbally. And they're worse than before if that's possible. Someone needs to sneak a tape of their meetings across the border to you so you can see how bad the new town manager is.
